Privacy Policy

Mitoverse ("the app", "we") is a strength-training companion app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. In short: Mitoverse stores your data on your own device and does not require an account.

1. Data stored on your device

The following are saved locally on your device only (device storage) and are never automatically transmitted to us or any third party:

• Workout programs (built-in and custom) and your training logs;
• Strength records such as one-rep-max (1RM) and working weights;
• Body metrics you choose to enter (e.g. body weight, body-fat %);
• App settings and preferences (units, language, theme, streak data).

You can export this data to a JSON backup file at any time. The backup file stays under your control (it is saved or shared by you); we never receive it.

2. Data you may send us (optional feedback)

If you use the in-app feedback feature, the message text you type is sent to a private Google Sheet (via a Google Apps Script endpoint) so we can read and act on your feedback. This happens only when you actively tap “send”. We do not attach your identity, device identifiers, or your training data to feedback — only the message you write (and, if you choose to include it, any contact detail you type into the message).

3. What we do NOT collect

• No user accounts, logins, or passwords;
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers;
• No analytics or usage-tracking SDKs;
• No location, contacts, photos, or other device data;
• No selling or sharing of personal data — because none is collected.

4. Permissions

The app requests internet access solely to (a) send optional feedback and (b) load standard app resources. It does not access the camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

5. Children

Mitoverse is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention & deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. Feedback messages you sent remain in our private feedback sheet; to request deletion of a feedback message, contact us at the address below.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the revised version at this URL.

Mitoverse（「本 App」、「我們」）是一款重量訓練輔助工具。本政策說明本 App 會處理哪些資料、 以及如何處理。簡而言之：Mitoverse 將你的資料儲存在你自己的裝置上，且不需要註冊帳號。

1. 儲存在你裝置上的資料

以下資料僅儲存在你的裝置本機，不會自動傳送給我們或任何第三方：

• 訓練課表（內建與自訂）與你的訓練紀錄；
• 力量數據，例如單次最大重量（1RM）與工作重量；
• 你選擇輸入的身體數值（例如體重、體脂率）；
• App 設定與偏好（單位、語言、主題、連續週紀錄）。

你可隨時將這些資料匯出成 JSON 備份檔。備份檔由你自行保存或分享，我們不會收到它。

2. 你可能主動傳給我們的資料（選用的意見回饋）

若你使用 App 內的意見回饋功能，你輸入的訊息文字會被送到一份私人的 Google 試算表 （透過 Google Apps Script 端點），讓我們閱讀並改進。這只在你主動點擊「送出」時才會發生。 我們不會將你的身分、裝置識別碼或訓練資料附加到回饋中——僅有你所寫的訊息本身 （以及若你自行寫入訊息中的任何聯絡方式）。

3. 我們「不會」收集的資料

• 不設使用者帳號、登入或密碼；
• 無廣告，也無廣告識別碼；
• 無任何分析或使用行為追蹤 SDK；
• 不存取位置、通訊錄、相片或其他裝置資料；
• 不販售或分享個人資料——因為我們根本沒有收集。

4. 權限

本 App 僅為了 (a) 送出選用的意見回饋、(b) 載入標準 App 資源而要求網路存取權限； 不會存取相機、麥克風、位置或通訊錄。

5. 兒童

Mitoverse 為一般大眾取向的健身 App，並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象， 我們不會在知情下收集兒童的個人資訊。

6. 資料保存與刪除

由於你的資料存在你的裝置上，你可隨時透過清除 App 資料或解除安裝來刪除它。 你先前送出的回饋訊息會留存在我們的私人回饋試算表中；若要求刪除某則回饋，請以下方信箱聯絡我們。

7. 政策變更

若本政策有變更，我們會更新上方的「最後更新」日期，並在本網址發佈修訂後的版本。
